Virtually all of our cases get resolved within two to three years from the date that our firm is retained. This is a worst case scenario; some cases will actually move quicker. Not impressed, well, we see cases in court every day that are five to ten years old! You want your attorney’s to be diligent and efficient. Our entire staff is organized and committed to getting your case resolved in a timely professional manner. Remember that most cases are defended by insurance companies. Generally, we don’t find the insurance companies very willing to settle cases in their early stages. While we do keep an ongoing dialog, to find out if there is an interest in settling your case, we will also aggressively litigate, because many cases get resolved on the eve of trial, so we’ll get your case through the court system and to the jury selection process. We will not force our clients to either a settlement or a trial. We will advise and you will decide. If your case does go to trial, to be resolved, our attorneys will take you through the trial process.
