Frank Russell and Justin Lite are members of the New York State & Suffolk County Bar Association.
 PERSONAL:
- Raised in Bay Shore, NY
- One of Six Children. Father, Salvatore was a Suffolk County Police Officer and one of the first undercover narcotics detectives in county history
- Currently resides in West Islip, with wife Gina, and daughters Brittany and Ashley.
EDUCATION:
- Graduated St. John the Baptist Diocesan High School, West Islip
- Attended St. John’s University, Jamaica, NY; where many achievements and activities included President of the Student Government. Obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government and Politics
- Attended St. John University School of Law, Jamaica, NY; Obtained a Juris Doctorate degree
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Trial Lawyer for 24 years; Assistant District Attorney for Suffolk County prosecuting all types of cases including violent felony offenses. Subsequently, added to the Suffolk County Attorney’s office specifically to be trial counsel to the Suffolk County Police Department, defending Police Officers in federal court from allegations of police brutality and excessive force
- Since 1985, engaged in private practice specializing in personal injury, criminal and real estate matters
- Merged his private firm with the firm of Lite & Lite to form the current Lite & Russell
OTHER ACTIVITES:
- Served as counsel to the International Police Association
- Served as a board member and President of the Board of Education for St. Peters by the Sea School
Coach for the West Islip Soccer, Basketball and Softball Youth Leagues
- Current Attorney Advisor to the St. John the Baptist Diocesan High School, All County Mock Trial Team

WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Judicial Clerk, Hon. Daniel Luciano, Justice of Supreme Court
- Associate at Joseph Lite, P.C. 1985-86
- In 1986 became a partner forming Lite & Lite, P.C.
- In October of 1994 – Lite & Lite merged with Frank Russell’s private practice to form the current firm of Lite & Russell
